  1. Permitted Use. You may browse, inquire, and book boat trips via the Trip Inquiry Form and related features.
  2. Account Information. When providing personal or payment information, you warrant that it is accurate and that you have the right to use any payment method you submit.
  3. Modifications. We may modify or discontinue any portion of the Site or services at any time, without notice or liability.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

  1. Inquiry vs. Booking. An inquiry submitted through the Site does not constitute a confirmed reservation. We will follow up to finalize availability, pricing, and payment.
  2. Payment. Once terms are agreed, a deposit or full payment may be required. All payments are processed in EUR via the methods we specify.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds. Cancellations by you must be made in writing. Fees or refunds (if any) will be subject to our cancellation policy as communicated at booking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software—is owned or licensed by CorfuBoat and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security measures.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating in any way to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Corfu, Greece.
